Deposit: Stays of One (1) Month or more require a deposit of $500 to secure the reservation. Stays
of Less than One (1) Month require a deposit of $250 to secure the reservation. Upon arrival the deposit is held as a Security
Deposit against damages to the unit. This Deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the unit after
your stay and returned within thirty (30) business days of departure. Please call the Rental Office for cancellation
policy.
